Guy Ritchie Onto the Next Rich Lady
Guy “I Don’t Want Your Money, Madge. OK, I Do…” Ritchie just got through divorcing his mega-millionaire wife Madonna and received a hefty (if somewhat disputed) settlement for his eight years of Kabbalah water ingestion and ego-massaging.
Never one to rest on his laurels, Ritchie, 40, has now reportedly begun dating Hugh Grant ex/rich heiress Jemima Khan, 33. Wow, looks like Kelly Reilly was the fastest rebound in history.
Khan, the daughter of Lady Annabel Vane-Tempest-Stewart (try putting that on a job application) and deceased millionaire financier James Goldsmith, is one of the rulers of London’s socialite scene. By all accounts, she is veddy veddy rich.
She was married to Pakistani cricket player Imran Khan for ten years, and has two sons, Sulaiman Isa and Kasim, with him. They divorced in 2004.
Khan began dating Hugh Grant in 2004. The actor and his lady were notoriously close-mouthed about their relationship, which ended in 2007.
Ritchie and Khan reportedly attended a London dinner party at the home of PR king Matthew Freud and his wife, Elisabeth Murdoch, who is the daughter of Rupert Murdoch, the media giant.
And they’ve already had a second date! They were at the Freud/Murdoch home again for a Christmas party this weekend, with a guest list that included Stella and Mary McCartney, Lily Allen, Mick Jagger and Kevin Spacey, the Mirror reports.
Guy is a talented director, but really—he doesn’t need a reputation for gold-digging.
Or is he just actually hobnobbing with his natural element?
