Gwen Stefani was snapped arriving at a Los Angeles hospital yesterday.

She looks ready for delivery time, but the visit must have been a routine check-up or just a plea to "get this thing OUT OF ME".

Stefani has that special glow that only comes with pregnancy.

She's been spotted out and about, and very active. Perhaps she's hoping son Kingston's first new sibling will be enticed to pop out and join the outside world.

It hasn't worked yet.

Maybe Gwen's just hanging around the hospital so the baby will get the message?
