Halle Berry left little Nahla at home with baby daddy Gabriel Audrey (uh, or the nanny) and stepped out to the dentist in Burbank, California.
In a halter, heels, shades and hauling a designer carryall that probably cost as much as most cars, she was all business, uttering not a word to the swarming paps.
