Twilight stars Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene will be hosting a Halloween party at Tao in Sin City. (If you really want to go into vampire overload for the night, True Blood stars Rutina Wesley and Sam Trammell will be hosting a bash at Lavo—and one admission gets you into both soirees.)

Stuck on the East Coast? No worries; Harrahs in Atlantic City is hosting a Halloween bash featuring Edi Gagethi, Chaske Spencer and Alex Meraz at The Pool After Dark. Attendees are encouraged to “reserve a cabana or hot tub now!”
