'Hannah Montana' Might Come to an End

Video satirist Miley Cyrus says that she's close to taking off the wig, and abandoning the role that made her famous.

"We’re thinking this is our last season," Cyrus tells Marc Malkin about Hannah Montana.

The Disney geniuses signed Miley for a fourth season in April, but Cyrus seems to think otherwise.

"We basically did two seasons in one last year," she says. "Usually people would do one season that would be, like, 16 episodes, and we did almost 30 episodes!"

Miley added that she considered Disney to be her "family." Her very rich family.

 

But the end of Hannah is news to Disney.

"Miley said it best when she said she's delighted to be part of the Disney family," a Mouseketeer stated. "We start production on the third season of Hannah Montana on August 4 and have an option for a fourth season beyond that."

Sounds like Miley's experiencing some teen angst that her captors didn't see coming.
