Normally frugal Heroes star Hayden Panettiere splurged at Yummy Cupcakes in Los Angeles today, picking up a box of delicious frosted treats before heading out to Disney Studios.

With her relationship with co-star Milo Ventimiglia on the rocks, who could Hayden be trying to sweeten up? A persistent older suitor, perhaps? Her spit-swapping I Love You Beth Cooper co-star Paul Rust? Dare it be dreamed, a female kissing partner?

Maybe she bought them for herself. She's bound to have worked up quite an appetite, what with having so much trouble eating recently.
