Everyone can admit that the relationship between 19-year-old Hayden Panettiere and her 31-year-old Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia is pretty damn weird.

However, the two seem to be the real deal. They've been together for over a year, and, unlike other celeb couples, they work hard not to rub it in the public's face. Could their love be for real?

The two have solidified their Hollywood status by placing their individual careers seperate from their love life. It definitely has seemed to work! Maybe they really have figured out how to keep romance alive in Hollywood?
