Hayden Panettiere spent Tuesday afternoon living it up on her private yacht in Cannes, as she spends the week surrounded by the World's biggest actors at the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival.

The 19-year-old looked fit and fabulous in her orange and white bikini and cowboy hat. She's been the center of hook-up rumors this week, as she's been spotted getting close to 32-year-old british presenter Steve Jones.

She sure likes her older men. She recently split with Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia, 31.
