Hayden Panettiere was spotted shopping with a friend on Melrose Avenue yesterday, but who is this auburn-locked friend?

This poor girl could be the doppelgänger of brawl-happy, Tila-Tequila-loving Courtenay Semel. 

Not exactly the type of teenage company Hayden usually keeps. Then again, Hayden can get a little randy when the cameras are rolling.

Maybe the Heroes cheerleader is letting her tag along in hopes that she scares off a certain Hollywood lothario.
