Heath Ledger's uncle Haydn Charles Ledger has been arrested in Perth, Australia, and charged along with an accomplice for theft and receiving of stolen goods.
Haydn, 52, was nabbed after three tractors went missing from local businesses, allegedly in a plan hatched by the late actor's uncle.
Ledger's accomplice was found by detectives asleep in a vehicle outside a machine shop, with drugs and a tomahawk on him.
The detectives nosed around and located the tractors inside Ledger's business.
Avoiding the drama, the rest of Heath's family attended the New York City premiere of The Dark Knight Monday night.
