Heath Ledger's estate settlement has been finalized.

His daughter with ex-love Michelle Williams, Matilda Rose, is set to inherit the late actor's estimated $20 million estate.

Heath's original will had his money divided between his parents and sisters, but father Kim Ledger has decided to pass along Heath's fortune to his adorable grandaughter.
