Heather Locklear was arrested last night in Santa Barbara, California after she was pulled over for a supsected DUI.
The actress has been in an Arizona rehab facility this summer to treat her reported anxiety and depression.
She was released early Sunday and further details surrounding her arrest are expected to be revelealed soon.
