If Project Runway films a season finale show, but nobody sees it, does it still make a fabulous sound?

PW host Heidi Klum, looking delightful in a pink pantsuit, took to the stage in Bryant Park yesterday to kick off the Season 6 finale show as part of New York Fashion Week.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing legal difficulties, Project Runway has yet to air a single episode of Season 6, making the display a bit of a puzzler.

Nonetheless, the season's three mystery finalists showed carried on and showed their creations, which included a mix of chunky knits, leather pants, draped jersey dresses and fitted finned caps, according to the New York Daily News.

While putting on a brave face, Klum, 35, couldn't help but acknowledge the awkwardness of the situation. "I'm a little bit sad for our designers that they don't get recognition," Klum noted. "We're all in a bit of a limbo."
