Heidi Montag Plans Iraq Trip

Good Lord, our troops are being asked to endure a lot lately.
Extended deployments. The constant danger of IEDs.
And now, Heidi Montag.
OK! Magazine reports that Montag—recently seen in the company of Presidential candidate John McCain‘s daughter Meghan and a small arsenal of weapons—is planning a trip to Iraq.
Montag, whose stepbrother was an airborne ranger in Afghanistan and Iraq and died in March in an unrelated accident, says, “It’s very important to me and important to [boyfriend/puppet master] Spencer [Pratt] to support the troops and go over there.”
Honey, if your plan to “entertain” the troops involves singing to them, the Walter Reed Army Medical Center’s going to open a whole new post-traumatic stress wing.
You go to war with the half-wit reality TV star you have, not the one you want.
I can’t believe they’re sending her. What’s entertaining about her? Is she borderline witty?
