Hills villains Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt returned home on Wednesday night from their honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

As the pair made their way through Los Angeles International Airport, they mugged for the paps while showing off the cute little masks they were wearing to protect them from swine flu.

Way to milk a health crisis for publicity, guys. Stay classy.

On the plus side, though, wearing a mask over her face makes it much harder for Montag to inflict her singing voice on the public.
