I loved any kind of fruit smoothie and raw veggies.
Im all for natural eating herbs etc. but honestly so far it has been 7-UP! Im due on June 18th my birthday! Cant wait to see Gods gift!

I stocked up on tea with ginger to calm my tummy when I was feeling pukey. Added a little bit of honey, and I was good.
Ooo, almond milk for sure! I only started having trouble with dairy once I became pregnant (my little girl is due 5/21), and whole grain breakfast cereal had been my biggest craving, so almond milk has been wonderful. Sometimes I mix it up with the almond-coconut blend. Citrus has also been a big staple for me, first grapefruit and now tangerines.Ive also been eating just a couple nuts anytime I have fruit to keep my blood sugar levels a little more even.
