Hi Holly!

If doing curls overnight is an option, try sponge rollers. They require zero heat so they’re obviously better for your hair and the curls stay much longer since they are in for much longer. The only cons are a) if you don’t have time time to wait overnight and b) they are uncomfortable to sleep on.
