Stock up on greens! My top 3 favorites are: spinach (lots of nutrients), collard greens (refreshing taste) and kale (makes me poop. Hahaha! TMI!). I try and rotate them very day. I’m not big on romaine, because I feel like I get a lot of it in restaurant salads anyway and I can taste it too much in smoothies. I also hate cilantro, which is too bad because I understand it’s great for detoxing.
What are your favorite greens to stock up on for smoothies and other meals?




















I love me some cilantro, though I know it’s an acquired taste.
Swiss Chard is really good!, must be eaten with salt and butter… that alone is extremley healthy and delicious for you baby

You should try making Kale chips! They are super easy to make and very tasty.
