Holy Tweet! Did Twitter Break Up Jen Aniston and John Mayer?

We're sure to get a John Mayer Twitter about this one.

Internet reports abound this morning that Jennifer Aniston and Mayer's break-up (round two, that is) came about over Mayer's incessant Twittering.

In a report that's compelling only in its absurdity and the fact that it's the first reported case of Twitter relational damage (Dr. Phil's producers are hastily scheduling a show as we speak), the UK's Sun newspaper boldly stands behind the Twitter theory as the final straw in the troubled relationship.

It got to the point, according to "pals," that John was not even returning calls to Aniston and instead was updating his social networking page. "Jen was fuming," the pal is quoted. "He has all this time for Twittering, but he can't send a text, send an email, make a call?"

It makes it sound like Mayer was some sort of mad scientist Twittering in his secret laboratory while Jen waited at the kitchen table in a cocktail dress drumming her fingers against the table. Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher has the license to send pictures of his "wifey" bending over in a white bathing suit.

Where's the Twitter justice?

In 99% of cases, Twittering is just randomly bragging about your unexceptional life. In the case of John Mayer, it's just bragging about an unexceptional life largely consumed with dating a fugly dinosaur.

John Mayer was Jennys paid escort so she would have a date for the oscars. He did his job and his contract won't allow him to blabber on so its a done deal.
He likes em young and hot.
Jenny doesn't fit this profile. The douche Mayer is probably glad to move on and be as far away from Jenny (his mother) as possible.
