Hugh Jackman Gives His Son the Talk
Hugh Jackman is this year’s Sexiest Man Alive, and it seems like his son is set to follow in his daddy’s footsteps.
His son Oscar may be only 8 years old, but he’s already asked his Wolverine dad about sex.
“He asks questions about it all the time so we had a father and son talk,” Jackman told People magazine at a charity boxing match benefiting The East Harlem School at Exodus House in New York City on Wednesday. “He knows about it but we haven’t got into the intimate details.”
“It’s not awkward,” Jackman continues. “My dad never, ever did it with me so I was very adamant that I was going to do it with my son.”
What other guidance did he give to his son? “You just got to respect girls. But he goes, ‘Dad are they hot, though?’ That’s what he always wants to know.”
Wow. But there’s one thing Hugh said he won’t give to his son: “I try to tell him that he not use me to get to them.”
Well, maybe Hugh’s new costar can help his son out with that one.
