James Donahue Puts Sex in 'The City'

Yowsa; it looks like The City might turn out to be even more interesting than anticipated!

James Nevan Donahue, from Whitney Port's Hills spinoff The City, has a warrant out for his arrest stemming from a 2007 bust. And The Smoking Gun has the juicy details on the incident that spurred it all.

It seems that Donahue, 26, was feeling a bit randy one Monday afternoon in West Palm Beach, Florida.  So he flagged down what he thought was a prostitute in his red Jeep Cherokee and proceeded to approach the seeming streetwalker.

The bawdy young fellow—who pals around with New York socialite Olivia Palermo on the show—proceeded to offer the lass a supply of the powerful and addictive painkiller Oxycontin in exchange for oral sex.

Unfortunately, it was an offer the hooker could refuse. And the "hooker" turned out to be undercover vice officer Lori Colombino.

Yoinks!

Colombino notes in her arrest report that, when Dohanue approached her, his green rhinestone belt was unbuckled and his blue jeans were unzipped, exposing the "shiny black underwear" that the would-be john was wearing.

And this was far from Donahue's first run-in with the law. The reality-TV wannabe was popped in 2001 for possessing drug paraphernalia and arrested again in 2006 after a traffic stop.

Donahue was fined and sentenced to community service for his prossy arrest, but ended up violating the terms of his parole, resulting in a warrant for his arrest.

But forget all that. Green rhinestone belt? Shiny black underwear? Those are the real crimes here.
