Janice Dickinson Needs To Pay Up

Looks like the world’s first supermodel isn’t exactly raking in the dough these days.
Janice Dickinson has been slapped with a lawsuit for approximately $34k for ignoring another lawsuit filed against her last year.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Dickinson failed to respond to a lawsuit filed against her by City National Bank, in which they claimed she only paid back a small portion of a $275,000 loan they gave her in September 2008.
Now more papers have been filed by CNB at L.A. County Superior Court last week, saying that Janice needs to pay back the balance plus interest and attorney fees totaling around $304,449.03.
Ouch! How will Janice try to get herself outta this one?
maybe if she didn’t spend all of her time drunk, on drugs, or calling khloe kardashian a cow she could have money.
