Jay Leno gay-baited Stop Loss beauty Ryan Phillippe on national TV last night, setting the Internet ablaze with the flaming wrath of 10,000 queenly vigilantes. "Can you look into the camera," dared the talk-show chin, "and give me your gayest look? Say that camera is Billy Bob—Billy Bob has just ridden in shirtless from Wyoming..."

The Tonight Show's ratings might be tumbling like a tranny in a bus-stop men's room (okay, okay, so what if they're not?), but My Gayest Look, for one, is holding a vicious gay torch for Leno. Let's put it this way: A large plurality of the rainbow nation is primed to fill in for the funnyman's proctologist.

Maybe Jay thought he could win over Reese Witherspoon by mocking her cheating ex-husband's masculinity on national TV. Silly Jay. Hasn't he seen the guy Reese is going out with now
