Thursday night Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer dined together at Manhattan eatery La Esquina. 

They then left the restaurant separately and rejoined at hip New York City club GoldBar.

Something must have happened at the club, because the pair was not at all shy about been photographed together when heading for…home?

Meanwhile, Aniston‘s interview in the December issue of Vogue has been eclipsing any publicity her latest comedy Marley & Me is generating.

Also eclipsing Marley & Me? Constant tabloid speculation about her relationship with rocker John Mayer, 31. Who broke up with whom?  Are they back together?  Is she pregnant?

Aniston, 39, appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show yesterday, supposedly to talk about Marley & Me, which co-stars Owen Wilson and hits theaters on Christmas Day.

When conversation veered toward her relationship with Mayer, Jen gave a resounding “Yes!”

Pregnant? “No,” a little less resounding.

Maybe John will give Jen a special sparkling something for the day her movie comes out?
