Jennifer Garner was snapped exiting from a Santa Monica psychologist's office yesterday.

Normally, the former Alias star totes her daughter Violet wherever she goes. Maybe Mommy needed some "me" time. In the form of talk therapy.

Jen might have a lot to get off her chest. Following rumors of marital discord with husband Ben Affleck came word that she's pregnant with their second child.

Bringing Violet a sibling in the midst of marital trouble? You'd need to lie down on a couch and vent, too.

Jen might also be suffering post-traumatic stress after Gary Busey attacked her at this year's Oscars.
