For someone who had to ditch her Project Runway judging stint because of a foot injury, Jennifer Lopez really gets around.

The new mom and age-old diva made good on her promise to compete in the Malibu triathlon yesterday, finishing in a respectable 2.5 hours and raising $127,000 for Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

The Renaissance ma'am barely had time to doff her wetsuit before jumping on a cross-country flight to attend the 40th birthday of her husband, Marc Anthony, at New York City's Bowery Hotel.

Wow; how does she juggle motherhood, philanthropy, a stellar cinematic career and her budding political activism?

Clearly, she has superhuman powers. Or has a small army of overworked and disgruntled assistants.

There's no explanation as to how J.Lo could maintain that kind of schedule schedule without even breaking a sweat. Well, most of the time, anyway.

    OMFG, what the hell is he wearing. And could she have promoted herself doing a "charity" run anymore???
