Us features an interview with Amanda Peet arch-enemy Jenny McCarthy in which Jenny claims that she was able to cure her son Evan of autism.
In the cover story, Jim Carrey's girlfriend McCarthy says that a wheat-free and no-dairy diet was able to help her son overcome his illness.
Evan appeared to overcome the condition, a developmental disorder in which children seem to have become mentally cut off from their surroundings, one day while watching an episode of SpongeBob Squarepants.
"I heard Evan laugh...I jumped on the bed and started screaming. When he finally hugged me, I prayed, 'Please God don't let this be the only time.'"
McCarthy blames her son's condition on child vaccinations.
"Before the vaccination, he was huggy, lovey, snuggly," she says. "Then it was like someone came down and stole him."
Now all she has to do is punch Denis Leary in the face, and Jenny's mission is complete.

Shut up, Jenny McCarthy, before I come smack your kid in the face!
Wait, her kid's autism, or her own?
