Jessica Alba Delivers Baby Girl!
Safe to assume Jessica Alba won’t be at her Love Guru premiere on Wednesday…as the pouty stunner and husband Cash Warren gave birth to a baby girl on June 7 at L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
The new arrival’s moniker is Honor Marie Warren—as expected after Star magazine reported that one of her baby-shower gifts was a gold-and-bead charm bracelet that spelled out the first name.
Alba’s father, Mark, was on the scene on Sunday and was overheard gushing, “She’s beautiful,” Us magazine reports, while Cash was seen bringing some sustenance into the labor and delivery area.
Rumors of the birth began late Friday night, after we reported that a keen-eyed reader has informed Celebrity Baby Blog of a possible sighting of the first pregnant, then married couple entering the hospital.
Jessica was reportedly seated in a wheelchair upon arrival, with Cash alongside expectantly carrying birthing balls.
Of course, with recent Internet reports of high-profile celebrity births turning out to be overstated, the gossip world held its collective breath before launching the confetti and passing out the cigars.
It had been a busy third trimester for the mom-to-be, what with the under-the-radar wedding, the frantic nesting and all that floating around.
Jess’ rep, Brad Cafarelli, kept all details beyond “a healthy baby girl” closely guarded, but for now, we do know that baby has made three for two very happy newlyweds.
