Justin Timberlake's main squeeze Jessica Biel adorns the cover of the upcoming issue of Marie Claire.
Inside, Biel lets loose with some of her vainest deepest fears.
On the topic of aging: "I feel my knees changing—like, why do I have this pain when I’m running on the treadmill? What’s going on with my lower back when I wake up in the morning?"
Well, you're 26, Jessica. Maybe the back pain is the result of some recent heavy lifting?
"It’s freaky weird to look at a picture of your grandmother when she was a young woman," she continues, "and look at her now."
Hmmm. Might Jessica's aging anxieties have something to do with the fact that Timberlake, 27, previously dumped—Cameron Diaz, who is a cougarly nine years older than the pop star?
Biel also claims that plastic surgery is not an option for her.
"I am really afraid of blades on my face. That freaks me out beyond belief. I would way rather have wrinkles than have some slice-up going on."
No altering of the facial features? Interesting. So that means those lips are completely natural

Shut up, grandma, before I bitch-slap that kisser!
Well, duh, she already looks like Bea Arthur's grandmother.
