Jessica Simpson’s Mutt Has Been Dog-Napped by a Coyote!
Sep 15, 2009 at 10:30am
Jessica Simpson is putting out an APB (All-Pooch Bulletin)!
The Dukes of Hazzard actress frantically tweeted last night that her beloved Malti-Poo (a maltese-poodle cross-breed; yes, it’s a real thing) Daisy was abducted by a mean ol’ coyote last night.
“My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR!” Simpson wrote. “We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”
While Simpson hasn’t yet released a sketch of the suspect, he may be carrying a large box with the words “Acme Corporation” emblazoned on the side and muttering about the fact that he’s a “super genius.”
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Daisy is encouraged to contact findingmissdaisy@gmail.com.

I’m no zoologist, but I watch a ton of Animal Planet and I’m pretty sure that coyotes don’t “kidnap” dogs. Last time I checked they maul, disembowel and EAT them.

Malti-Poo: the other white meat.
u know this is a little doggy and a pet, sometimes a pet is all a person has. dont laugh or make fun of jessica s. b/c of this.
i have coyotes and wolves and foxes all around where i live and a family member years back had a dog killed by a coyote. this ISNT FUNNY, IT’S A LITTLE ANIMAL. i wish jessica the best, but i think that her little dog isnt alive and i’m sorry, i would go crrazy if anything happened to my lil pet
that malti-poo is totally in dog heaven.
My Heart goes out to Jessica I have the same Breed of Dog Daisy and my dog a Spitting image if each other! I had the Oppurtunity to meet Jessica in Chicago and i seen Daisey with her personal staff She was so cute. My best wishes to you Jessica may the Lord bring her to you safe and sound!
The way she describes it is hilarious. Like something out of a cartoon.
I’m just glad I don’t live in the USA, with such elevated coyote-crime.
In all seriousness, though, I really feel for her. It must have been terrifying and heartbreaking for her to see her dog being attacked without being able to do anything about it.
