Nicole Richie stepped out in Hollywood last night to support her man Joel Madden, moonlighting as DJ at the Breeder’s Cup Winner’s Circle bash.

Crowds partied at the reopened Hollywood Palladium with a performance by Maroon 5.

Frontman Adam Levine brooded a six-song set while celebs like The Pussycat Dolls’ Melody Thornton, O.C. alumn Ben Mackenzie and Survivor: Gabon‘s Corinne Kaplan looked on in the Grey Goose VIP lounge.

After the party, Richie and Madden headed home to Harlow while Levine to hit up hotspot Bardot. The serial-dater rubbed elbows at the venue, beside music house Avalon, with Mischa Barton, Amanda Bynes, Brittany Snow and 90210‘s Ryan Eggold.

While an onlooker tells Celebuzz Levine went home solo, he surely chatted up a few thoroughbreds.
