Joely Fisher Throws Herself Into the Adoption Craze

‘Til Death and Ellen star Joely Fisher, 40, and her husband Christopher Duddy have adopted a baby girl from South Central Los Angeles.

Star quotes a family friend saying, “Joely and Chris were inspired by Angelina [Jolie] and Madonna‘s decisions to adopt a baby from Africa.”

Duddy—a Hollywood camera operator and director of photography—and Fisher have named their newest addition Olivia. The toddler will join family that already includes two girls (Skylar, 7, and True, 2) and two boys from Duddy’s previous marriage (Cameron, 22, and Collin, 20).

“After looking into the adoption process, they realized there were so many children in the L.A. area who needed homes,” continues the friend.

That’s shaping up to be a mighty big family. The Duddy-Fishers had better hurry up, though, if they wanna keep up with the Jolie-Pitts.
