After three metric tons of media speculation, Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer‘s status as a couple was sealed with a kiss on Saturday.

Aniston, sporting a bikini and her trademark nipply look, and Mayer, with his retro-cool  hair-do, were spotted smooching poolside at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, where Aniston is wrapping up filming of her new movie, Marley & Me.

The two were also seen whispering sweet nothings into each other’s ears. The exact nature of their exchange is unknown, but it may have gone something like this:

John: “Uh, Jen, your headlights are on.”

Jen: “Thanks, honey. And by the way, from now on I’m choosing your hair stylist.”

Sigh; what a natural couple. It’s like they’re married already…
