Jon Gosselin: The $12,000 Man?

Attention, shoppers; there's a major sale on Jon Gosselin today!

TMZ reports that the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad—who just weeks ago was demanding $30,000 per appearance—has now drastically reduced his appearance fee. Now you can have him for a mere $12,000!

The host of Tampa, Florida-based MJ Morning Show tells the site that he attempted to book Gosselin as a co-host for one morning recently. But the two first-class, round-trip plane tickets, limo service and a first-class hotel room weren't enough of an incentive—the host says that Papa Jon's rep requested an "appearance fee...in the 10-12K range."

But hey; the rep did promise that "[Jon's] name and appearance on your show will instantly draw press ... and will be a high point for the show," adding that Gosselin is "quite funny, sharp witted and interesting."

Does he even know his client?

The host, needless to say, declined the offer.
