Jon Gosselin's New Girlfriend Has a Criminal Record

Looks like Jon Gosselin and his new girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, have a shared penchant for flouting the law.

Us Magazine reports that Glassman, 22—who was spotted with Gosselin in St. Tropez over the weekend—has a criminal record, stemming from a 2005 marijuana arrest at her alma mater, Indiana University.

According to Jerry Minger, the communications officer at the IU Police Department, Glassman and a few of her buddies were stopped by a cop in a parking lot at 3:18 a.m. on October 2, 2005, after the officer observed the group "passing a pipe back and forth, which is consistent with marijuana."

A subsequent search turned up two plastic baggies in Glassman's handbag, which contained a total of three grams of marijuana. Glassman paid fines and court costs, and was put on probation, when the case was settled out of court.

Perhaps Glassman's taste for judgment-clouding substances explains her willingness to date Gosselin.

Oh I see, Kate is a bitch because she is the only adult in the house! If he acted that way people would say he is doing what need to be done for the family. It's always a double standard for women. Men are doing a job and women are just bitches! Kate is so much better off!

why does she have her dad to do plastic surgery on her . looks like she could use it . How could they do that to the kids.She thinks she will get rich off of the kids . SHAME SHAME .
