Tonight's shocking announcement on Jon & Kate Plus Eight? Divorce!

People is reporting that Jon and Kate Gosselin have filed for divorce after 10 long years of marriage and eight children.

Documents were filed at the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, on Monday afternoon.

In addition, Life & Style is reporting that Jon is moving to New York City, where cameras spotted him looking at apartments at Trump Tower last week.

Brian Sep, his long-time friend, confirmed the news. "Jon is planning on living and working in New York during the week and staying home with the kids on Friday, Saturday and Sunday while Kate is away."

"Jon really seems like he’s back to his old self,” he added.

Fans of the show should tune in to TLC tonight for all the drama!

So now the question is: Who gets the kids?
