Jonas Brothers Go Packing In ‘Camp’ Sequel

Jun 25, 2008 at 9:12am

The Jonas Brothers-starring Disney Channel flick Camp Rock debuted to nine million viewers on Friday. The weekend ended with an announcement that a sequel is in the works. Mickey Mouse ain’t sittin’ on his tail when it comes to cold, hard cash!

Joe, Kevin and Nick Jonas star in the movie musical alongside Demi Lovato, but don’t expect there to be any tales of behind-the-scenes nookie. In fact, the biggest shocker is that Julie Brown co-wrote some of the showtunes. That’s the redheaded Julie Brown, not she of Downtown.

For those jonas-ing for an added tween fix, Billboard notes the three bros are touring this summer with Lovato. Meanwhile, the fab foursome are also working on their respective Disney Channel series J.O.N.A.S. and Welcome To Mollywood.
