Jonas Brothers Have Reason To Ride ‘Carousel of Hope’

Nick Jonas gave a special performance of the Jonas Bros song “A Little Bit Longer” at the Carousel of Hope Ball on Saturday night.
Jonas himself has the disease and wrote the song about his experiences with it since being diagnosed three years ago.
“On the day that I got diagnosed, I heard about this event,” Jonas said of the formal ball, which benefits the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes. “And I knew it was something that I wanted to be a part of. To be here tonight to perform is a dream come true for us and for me, it’s truly an honor.”
Jonas, 16, said that he had to fight back tears as he performed the song on piano in front of a star-studded crowd.
