Josh Brolin: Stepping Out on Diane Lane?

Sounds like there might be trouble in the four-year union between Josh Brolin and Diane Lane.

In Touch Weekly reports that Milk actor Brolin—currently in New Orleans filming the comic-book movie adaptation Jonah Hex—has been spending a perhaps-inappropriate amount of quality time with local woman Melissa Green while he's in the Big Easy.

According to sources, Brolin was spotted partying with Green at the Royal Street Inn on May 21 until 11:35 p.m., at which point the two moved on to another location.

The next morning at 7:23 a.m. the two were spotted together again.

"Josh looked like he hadn't slept at all," a witness tells the magazine. "[Green] was wearing the same outfit as the night before and looked embarrassed."

Duhn-duhn-duhn!

Of course, it's possible that Green was helping Brolin practice lines all night, right?

If Josh really does have a wandering eye, poor Diane may be in for a world of hurt. Brolin is co-starring in Jonah Hex with Transformers hottie Megan Fox, and resistance to her charms is pretty much futile.
