Judge Gives Snooki Verbal Beatdown; Calls Her Rude, Obnoxious
Damn… it’s been a rough day for Snooki!
The Jersey Shore princess was in a New Jersey court today where a judge gave her a stern talking to, asking her if the recent drunken escapades that landed her in the slammer were “worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.”
Judge Damian Murray laid down the law on Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, calling her behavior “rude, profane, obnoxious and self-indulgent” and wondering whether her arrest in Seaside Heights, NJ in July was legit or just part of her show. He also added he thought she was acting like a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe.”
TMZ reports Snickers pleaded guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach, and the judge dismissed two more counts against her, including a disorderly conduct charge.
As for a punishment, the sharp-tongued judge was merciful, only sentencing her to two days community service and a $533 fine — she could have received up to 90 days in jail. After court Snooki tweeted:
“Ah never again! So scary…thank you judge for understanding, I’m very thankful for that! Whew…now I can breath!”
