So, Just What Is Nick Jonas’ New Song About? (VIDEO)
Behold, Nicky J fans: below you will hear a new song from Nick Jonas and the Administration called “Rose Garden.” It’s kind of serious and sad, almost making us forget that the guy who’s singing it is usually traveling the world in private jets, starring in movies, playing for President Obama, and “making out” with hot chicks.
So just what’s the inspiration for this new “down-on-your luck ballad” direction our beloved Nick has taken? A few theories for your consideration:
The Wizards of Waverly Place star seems to fit perfectly into the songs lyrics: “She was brought into this world out of a beautiful mistake. Her mom was just a girl and her daddy didn’t stay.” Selena’s mom was just 16-years-old when she gave birth. Nick kicked her to the Walt Disney curb in February ’09.
Coined “Niley” by their army of followers, the pair was undeniably cute and powerful. We get it. But, that lil’ minx Miley had bigger things on her mind. Like a 1/2 year pass to Justin Gaston‘s gun show.
Little known fact—Sundays are reserved for NJ’s alone time, where he spends hours on end in the Jonai Rose Garden. Oftentimes, you can find him prancing barefoot through the flowers, breathing in the innocent, intoxicating smells of nature.

This is so Disney. Haven’t all of the Disney singers written songs about their x who just happends to be a Disney star too? Miley already did it about Nick, Taylor Swift (I know she isn’t on Disney but she has the same Target audience) wrote about whichever Jonas Brother she dated, and Selena Gomez I’m sure did it too if you just listen to her new soundtrack.

Who cares where he got the idea from Rose Garden? And who cares that he travels alot and has dated a couple of different teenagers? Why not mention that he ispends a lot of his time, talents, and money on charity work? He is a very talented 17 year old who loves music. The song is a beautiful song and, along with Who I Am, is a different sound for him. Hopefully people will be able to look past the media’s prejudice toward cute, young, male singers and look at his music. I don’t see Rose Garden being a Radio Disney song. Best of luck to Nick in this venture. I know that my family will support him.
Who cares, the song is amazing and the lyrics are very touching!! And many people can relate to it cause alot of people weren’t born rich or whatever and don’t have the perfect life they get thrown around and they work hard to build themselves. I admire him for writing this song
Hmm; “Rose Garden”? I’m guessing that it’s a veiled reference to the time that he tossed his brother Joe’s salad.

Just because he’s with Disney, it doesn’t mean all his songs are gonna be about someone he dated…and stop underestimating him! If you really listen to his songs and forget the fact that he’s a Disney star, then you would really realize that he is a very talented musician/songwriter. :)

I think it could just be about anyone, not one particular person, but if it is about a certain someone, then i think it could be selena, i love nick and selena together. selena is so pure and sweet :)
