Justin Bieber Helps Out The Gulf Oil Spill Victims
Can Justin Bieber clean the Gulf of Mexico with his magical voice?
Well, not literally, but Bieber is doing the next best thing: using his singing powers to help raise money for the victims of the massive BP oil spill in the Gulf.
Justin will be appearing in a two-hour telethon special of Larry King Live that will raise money for the United Way, the National Wildlife Federation, and other relief organizations.
Other stars will also be participating in the event, including Tim McGraw, Sting, Pete Wentz, Cameron Diaz, and the Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder, a native of Louisiana who has been campaigning tirelessly for Hollywood to get involved in the relief efforts.
The telethon will air on Monday during Larry King Live on CNN.
We think it is very noble of the Biebs to lend a helping hand to the victims–both human and non-human–of the oil spill. The 16-year-old "Baby" singer can't even vote yet and he is already getting involved. Go Justin!
