Justin Bieber may be sick, but that doesn’t mean that he can put his tour on hold for very long.
The 16-year-old pop sensation was spotted leaving his hotel in NYC after a successful show at Madison Square Garden. Biebs kept his New York look casual with a gray jacket and light blue jeans.
