What better way for a girl to turn 13, than to have Justin Bieber personally serenade her? Taking a break from seducing the entire world one apple-cheeked smile at a time, international singing sensation Beiber performed on Saturday at the Bat Mitzvah of a Baltimore girl whose father obviously loves her very much and wants her to be happy as she takes her first tentative steps toward adulthood.
