Bieber and Gomez -- 16 and 18 respectively -- have been in a are-they-or-aren't-they game with the press and fans for weeks now, following rampant rumors and being spotted leaving a breakfast arm-in-arm earlier this month. While Selena has brushed aside dating rumors, them being seen together yet again will only fan the flames further.
