Justin Bieber Is Trippin’, Y’all
Despite all evidence to the contrary, it appears that Justin Bieber is, in fact, a mere mortal.
The 15-year-old Canadian singing sensation was rushed to the hospital on Monday night after sustaining a fairly serious injury that, surprisingly, wasn’t the result of him being mobbed by his ravenous fans.
It seems that, while wrapping up an opening set for Taylor Swift at London’s Wembley Arena, the My World warbler tripped and injured his footsie.
As Bieber reported on his Twitter account,
“In the last song ‘One Time’ i tripped over something on stage coming down the ramp and felt my ankle roll in a very bad way. turns out I fractured my foot and had to finish the song on a broken foot. After i was done i was in such pain i skipped the encore and got off stage and back to see the medics. @taylorswift13 came backstage to see me b4 i went to the hospital because she is awesome! spent the rest of the nt in the hospital getting xrays and now a cast. sucks.”
Have no fear, though; being the little trouper that he is, Bieber vows to fight through the pain and melt tweeners’ hearts on stage once more:
“But dont worry Manchester, me and @taylorswift13 = the show must go on!!”
Given his seemingly omnipotent powers, we’re a little surprised that J-Biebs couldn’t just touch his foot and heal himself.
