Us reports that Billy Ray Cyrus claims he sees himself in 15-year-old daughter Miley's 20-year-old boyfriend, underwear model and aspiring musician Justin Gaston.

Justin has a mullet?!?

"He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20 years old and I was living and searching for the dream," Billy Ray told Access Hollywood.

"He's got a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination," Cyrus added. "I think that's the true measure of a man, is when you measure his heart."

Billy Ray could also be entranced by Justin because Gaston had the smarts to join Dad and sister Brandi in a cover of Billy's "Achy Breaky Heart" at Miley's birthday party the other night.

Justin might be just a handsome dude modeling y-fronts, but he's obviously not a himbo if he can get a father to overlook the blatant cradle robbery.
