Jessica Biel must be in seventh heaven. Word is her SexyBack multihyphenate boyfriend Justin Timberlake will take her as his bride. A source tells the Sun, "For the first time in his life, he is feeling settled and has definitely decided to pop the question to Jessica...They spent quite a bit of time apart recently when Justin was working with Madonna. That made him certain Jessica was the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with."

The nuptials are said to be taking place on the far-flung West Indian island of Mustique, because it's privately owned and, hence, off-limits to unofficial photogs. "Justin has lived his whole life in the public eye," the Sun source says. "He feels his wedding is the one day that should remain private. To get all his close friends and family to Mustique will cost a fortune. But he can�t put a price on how he feels about Jessica."

Though she didn't bring up reports that he'd been seen rock shopping, Ellen DeGeneres did get Justin to confirm the Biel spiel. "I'm the happiest I've ever been," he told her, then deftly changed the topic from his I-do's to her and Portia de Rossi's, saying, "I don't know about all that...but you know I will sing at your wedding."
