Kanye West is getting a new set of grills. But they have nothing to do with gaudy dental jewelry.

MTV UK reports that the “Gold Digger” rapper is planning to open a line of Fatburger restaurants in the Chicago area. The gay-rights advocate and recreational philosopher will eventually own ten outlets, with the first one rumored to be in Orland Park.

Hmm; for a guy with a supposed humanitarian streak, you’d think he’d choose a franchise that doesn’t threaten to fatally clog its customers’ arteries.

No matter, though; if he’s as timely about opening his restaurants as he is about starting his concerts, potential clients will die of old age before they ever get to take a bite.
