Well, the video evidence is sort of damaging, no?

E! is reporting that Kanye West has pleaded not guilty to charges of grand theft, battery, and vandalism from his incident with the paparazzi and arrest last September at Los Angeles International Airport. 

The hot-tempered rapper and his business manager, Don Crawley, are under investigation for smashing a paparazzo's $10,000 video camera after he tried to film the pair boarding a flight to Hawaii.

West didn't appear in court for his plea; rather, his attorney Blair Berk appeared on his behalf since the charges are only misdemeanor. Kanye's next hearing will be on July 15.
